Madshus Fjelltech M50 Skin 2026 Skis

The Fjelltech M50 is a do-it-all Nordic touring ski with integrated skin in the kick wax zone. With a 50mm waist, the M50 is the wider of the two Fjelltech models, providing a more stable and controllable ski for ungroomed terrain. However, the Fjelltech M50 is still skinny enough to cruise the classic tracks, and like its skinnier mate, the M50 is ready to hop off into the backcountry at a moment's notice.

No matter which adventure you choose, in track or off-piste, the Integrated Mohair and Nylon skin will make sure you always have reliable kick and a smooth glide. The Fjelltech comes with the Rottefella MOVE 3.0 binding plate.

TECHNOLOGY

Paulownia + Carbon core

Paulownia is a farm-raised lightweight wood core material with consistent material qualities. The core is surrounded by lightweight carbon and fiberglass reinforcements to add strength and stiffness, optimizing durability and performance.

IntelliGrip Integrated Skin

The IntelliGrip Skin is integrated into the base, providing great glide along with strong grip, making classic skiing even easier. The progressive skin profile, and Madshus' unique mix of Mohair and nylon ensure optimal grip and glide in all conditions.

Triaxial Construction

Interlocking strands of fiberglass and carbon fiber surround the entire core, producing excellent torsional rigidity and strength with light weight and a lively response.
