The Speedmax 100 Classic Plus 702 is the top model for classic technique. With a new race design, this ski has proven itself many times on the World Cup Tour, as the RACE CODE seal confirms. This ski is equipped with innovative Cold Base Bonding technology for optimal wax absorption and grindability as well as a liquid waxable Gliding Sidewall for reduced friction and more speed. Race ski construction 702 features a dynamic wax pocket for a direct and safe kick phase at hard wax conditions at 14°F (-10°C) and warmer. To protect the base, a thin layer of wax is applied to the skis which must be removed and brushed off before the first use.
TECHNOLOGY
Air Core HM Carbon
The latest from the World Cup. Proven Air Core material - the most successful ski core with over 80% air content for extremely light weight combined with highly modular carbon fibres.
DTG World Cup Cold
Cold grinding finish from the World Cup. The very flat structure is best suited for very cold temperatures and particularly fine snow conditions.
Cold Base Bonding
A unique patented process that retains the homogeneity of the original molecular structures by avoiding the heat and pressure when the base is added. For perfect wax absorption and maximum speed.
Gliding Sidewall
World Cup technology is a thin waxable layer on the sidewalls to reduce friction for more speed with less energy. The sliding sidewall can be prepared with liquid wax only.
FCF - Fischer Carbon Fiber
Multiaxial T300 1K carbon fibre. High strength and minimum weight laminate.
Computer Flex Control
For racers. Minimises differences in residual tension and camber pressure. Top climbing and kick performance.
Precision Pairing System
The next generation in ski pairing: fully automatic dynamic measurements of a multitude of pairing criteria ensures precise ski choice and optimised pairing.
Prewaxed
Preparation with basic wax for protection against dirt and oxidation. Powered by VAUHTI. Iron in again before first use, cool down and brush out. Then apply wax (paraffin or liquid wax) to match the snow conditions.
Finish First
The finishing touch now comes from Finish First: the term that covers and unites all the individual technological steps in the course of the final treatment of the base.
Race Code
The RACE CODE label of quality guarantees technological lead for professionals and ambitious skiers, direct from Fischer’s racing department.
